The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), part of ADQ, one of the largest holding companies in the region, is taking a new step in its business diversification strategy with the transfer of strategic assets from the Etihad Airways tourism business unit in the ADNEC group. .
Etihad Holidays will be acquired by Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company (ADNEC) to expand its presence in tourism. Etihad Holidays will integrate with Tourism 365, ADNEC’s tourism promotion company. The decision will further support the UAE tourism sector, given ADNEC’s extensive experience and capabilities in the tourism industry.

Tourism 365 will operate Etihad Holidays, moving from a local market-centric platform to a full-fledged tour operator providing online and traditional travel agencies with Etihad Network vacation packages from key source markets. Capital Experience, the destination management arm of Tourism 365, will be Etihad Holidays’ exclusive supplier in the United Arab Emirates for hotels, transfers and attractions. Etihad Holidays offers will combine the exceptional product of Etihad Airways with packages in different source markets to key destinations including Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Seychelles, Maldives and many more.
