Holly Ramsay has revealed that despite a year of sobriety, she feels “lonely” without alcohol.

She replied, “I’d say I’m in the best place mentally and feel more like myself than I have in years.”
She continued, “(It took A LOT of work and isn’t easy, so take it easy.)”
The blonde beauty ended the post with, “Sending love to everyone in need.”

Holly admitted in a statement last year that the decision to give up alcohol was not taken lightly and was not necessarily a permanent lifestyle change.
“Today marks one year without alcohol,” her statement began. “It’s not something I thought I would say at the age of 21. However, at 21 (nearly 22) I never thought I would have experienced half of what I have.”
Holly continued: “I chose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn’t improving my mental health – which for me comes first.”
