Following pandemic closures and responding to increased demand for retreats benefiting both mental and physical wellbeing, the coveted island resort has developed a series of immersive wellness retreats to be launched at the start of 2022. This follows the creation of a new yoga and meditation program which the Maldivian House first launched for travelers returning to the archipelago in 2021.

Cheval Blanc Randheli spans six islands where white sand shores meet the vivid turquoise water of the lagoon and are backed by palm trees and lush tropical vegetation. One of these islands is dedicated to the Cheval Blanc Spa, access to which is only possible by sailing opposite the main island on the traditional dhoni.

The spa island jetty leads to a high ceiling ocean view arrival area overlooking the island’s private white sand beach. The three-day yoga retreat includes a consultation followed by sunrise meditation, morning and afternoon yoga, a breathing session, mindful walking, use of spa facilities, discovery of the aerial yoga, a sunset meditation, a singing bowl meditation and a 60-minute massage.
